There were only 2 people working, with floaters checking in random people online with a handheld the random selection of people to have this done while waiting online does not exactly make everyone on line happy given sometimes a person was skipped for someone behind them to do this.
The room's location was basically behind an internal roof in the hotel, which was very dirty and unsightly. At the very least the hotel could have invested in something to make the view better. We received multiple towels for the bathroom floor.. We had soaked floor towels for our entire stay. Upon arrival, our room was not clean as we found the previous guests leftover pizza, and a drink, in the fridge. The shelf that the fridge sits on was broken and therefore the fridge was sunken in on its back end. The fridge also was not working well enough to keep anything cold. The bed has a sunken in mattress where people tend to always sleep and needs replacing.
Which made our room a prime target for "door-pushers" to case the rooms in our area. Our room was broken into during our stay and all of our stuff was rummaged through by the intruders.
