If you work in central London then all you need to do is go to Green Park tube station, walk out and find yourself staring at lush grass and beautiful trees. Greek Park park is also close to Buckingham Palace and many other must-see sights.
You can also get there via a short walk from Hyde Park Corner and via several local bus routes. This huge park has everything you could ask for. In the mood for a debate? Head down to Speakers Corner on Sunday to watch or join in with the madness.
The eight Royal Parks are used by many people for different reasons and picnicking is a popular activity especially during the busy summer months. Visitors to our parks are permitted to picnic, as long as they follow Government guidance. The parks are also home to a rich variety of wildlife. We therefore ask you to follow these simple guidelines when picnicking in the Royal Parks. We have no objection to alcoholic drinks, but they must be available free of charge i.
And of course, alcohol must only be made available to persons over the age of Remember, before you leave the park, to collect all of your litter together to take with you.
Please do not leave any items unattended at any time, both to protect your items from theft and also to prevent them causing a possible security alert. Hot food purchased elsewhere may not be brought onto the premises.
Those purchasing food may be given priority to tables at the theatre and, though drinks purchased from our bar may be taken into the auditorium, food is not permitted in the auditorium. However, please note that we do not accept Diners Cards. Food and drink purchased in advanced for consumption before the show is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, as all pre-show orders will be available at the venue before any such cancellation is announced.
Interval drink pre-orders placed at the venue will be refundable, provided they had not been prepared at the time of cancellation. Patrons will be required to present a receipt when claiming their refund.
